- PTC SECURITY SYSTEMS will take over and develop a production (assembly) process
PRODUCTION LINE
The PTC SECURITY SYSTEMS company will purchase a production line or production line of final products (end-user), in working condition (second-hand), for branches:
- teletechnics
- telecommunication
- electrotechnical
- electrical
- power engineering
- automated systems
- other
The production line should fit in a building (a small production hall), where it is going to be installed.
The PTC SECURITY SYSTEMS company has the ability to lease additional technological space with the capacity to make necessary modifications in order to implement a production line:
- utility spaces : 3,17m x 5,87m x 3m and 2,95m x 4,66m x 3m [width/length/high] => 18,61m2 + 14,15m2
- industrial tin depot : 17,7m x 17m x 4.7m [width/length/high] => 301m2
Anything that requires a major modification of the building is not taken under consideration.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
The PTC SECURITY SYSTEMS company will take over (in 100% or in 50% as a Partner) and develop a production (assembly) process for the following branches:
- teletechnics
- telecommunication
- electrotechnical
- electrical
- power engineering
- automated systems
- other
The PTC SECURITY SYSTEMS company:
- has the ability to lease additional technological space with the capacity to make necessary modifications in order to implement a production process:
- utility spaces : 3,17m x 5,87m x 3m and 2,95m x 4,66m x 3m [width/length/high] => 18,61m2 + 14,15m2
- industrial tin depot : 17,7m x 17m x 4.7m [width/length/high] => 301m2
