ORDERING PROCESS

An order is received by fax (fax number +48 58 768 59 11). Only orders sent by fax are accepted and must include : full and legible data of the entity placing the order (full law registration data of a Customer, Tax Identity Number, contact phone numbers) and a signature of a person entitled to place the order.

To place an official order - please print the current trade offer, prepared by the PTC SECURITY SYSTEMS company, fill in the ORDER FORM attached to the offer, sing all pages and fax to PTC SECURITY SYSTEMS.

By placing an official order the Customer acknowledges that they have familiarized themselves with the terms and conditions of ordering and fully understand and respect those conditions.

TIME AND DATE OF ORDER COMPLETION

An order (supply, installation, implementation, training) is completed within 3 to 14 business days (Monday-Friday) from the day of receiving the official order by fax.

Implementation date is determined by the Customer and may happen at any time, after making arrangements with the PTC SECURITY SYSTEMS company's Technical Department.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

An invoice is issued after the protocol of delivery and acceptance is signed by both parties. Transfer payment deadline is 7 days from the date of invoice issue.

In the case of direct delivery of goods, prepayment is charged at 100% due. Goods will be sent to the Customer as soon as the payment in the full amount is deposited at the bank account of the PTC SECURITY SYSTEMS company.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Until the full amount of the issued invoice is paid by the Customer, all supplied goods, products and any materials which are internal part of the order are the property of the Contractor/Seller.

By signing the protocol of delivery and acceptance and the invoice, the Customer accepts the BIOFINGER/SW software License Terms.

The offer placed by the PTC SECURITY SYSTEMS is valid 14 days.

ORDER CANCELLATION

A cancellation of an order is only considered in the form of an official written statement of termination. The acceptance of termination by the PTC SECURITY SYSTEMS company is dependent on the current progress of the implementation process of the contract.

In case of cancellation of the contract, the Customer covers the costs (at least 10% of the contract Net worth) resulting from the commencement of the contract, payable by bank transfer within 7 days from the date of order cancellation.
